Asian Fake

May (Roberto He) was born in Rome and is 26 years old. Writing (mouses of pencil on torn leaves) becomes a fixed nail from adolescence onwards, a passion that seeks and finds a mirror in which to study, grow: that mirror is Klen Sheet, first of all the name of the missing dog that May thinks about often but also and especially the team of friends (May, Ngawa, P Lo Bro, Ratematica, Tanca and Monoryth) all devoted to music and that multi-meaning thing we call art. The transfer of a couple of years ago to Milan has not affected the Roman accent, or the attitude that Rome (absolute beauty and deep discomfort as two faces of the same medal) gives to its children, at least to those who know how to welcome it. In the city he knows the producer Tanca, with whom he begins to work so that the words hung from those torn leaves translate into music: The first EP of May and Tanca, but of Klen Sheet in an extended sense, is the crew to follow the development of the whole project, from notes to covers. May also works in fashion, different basin but often parallel to that of music. Concerning the latter, asking him how he would define his own, he replies “emo-rap” but only because few things excite him like a closed bar properly. With “Reffreddore” [prod. Tanca] marks a new career chapter, namely the entry into the Asian Fake roster.
